Day 5
Scott Smith 1-25-18
In class today we learned about Homer. He was a blind man who went from place to place, town to town. He composed 2 books. "The Iliad" and "The Odyssey." We talked about how he might not be real because in his day there are no writing about him. Also people think its too good to be true. the think that because he was a blind man that traveled from town to town and wrote two books. In class we also listened to part of an audio of "The Odyssey." The audio was about how Odysseys went to an island were there was a one-eyed monster. Odysseys wanted its food so he stabbed it in the eye to make it blind and then stole his sheep and cheese.
